ThirstyShark does not ship products. All orders are delivered locally to Disney resort Bell Services in the orlando area.

Delivery Policy

ThirstyShark is a Disney resort grocery delivery service based in the Orlando area. We specialize in delivering bottled water, sports drinks, snacks, and essential items directly to Disney resort hotels before guest arrival.

Delivery Location

All orders are delivered to the Bell Services desk at your selected Disney resort. Orders are not delivered directly to guest rooms. Guests may pick up their order from Bell Services upon arrival or request Bell Services to deliver the items to their room, depending on the resort’s procedures.

Delivery Timing

We recommend placing your order 2 to 7 days prior to your arrival date to ensure availability and proper scheduling. Orders are delivered on or before your check-in date. Same-day or next-day delivery may be limited based on availability and is not guaranteed.

Required Information

To successfully complete your delivery, customers must provide accurate:

  • Resort name
  • Guest name (must match reservation)
  • Arrival date

Incorrect or missing information may result in delays or issues locating your order.

Order Handling

All orders are professionally packed using secure packaging and sealed prior to delivery. Once an order has been delivered to Bell Services, it is considered completed. ThirstyShark is not responsible for any delays, handling, or storage conditions once the order has been accepted by the resort’s Bell Services.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. For requests made within 24 hours of delivery, customers must contact us directly to check if changes or cancellations are still possible. Due to the preparation and delivery process, modifications are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been delivered to Bell Services, it is considered completed and is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification.

Service Area

We deliver to all Disney-owned resorts, as well as Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve, and Shades of Green.
