Refund & Cancellation Policy – ThirstyShark
At ThirstyShark, we are committed to providing a reliable, high-quality delivery experience for all guests staying at Disney Resort properties. Due to the nature of our products and delivery process, the following policy applies to all orders.
Final Sale Policy
All food, beverages, and consumable items are final sale and are not eligible for return once delivered.
We do not accept returns for any items after delivery.
Delivery Accuracy Guarantee
If your order arrives with missing items, incorrect items, or visible damage, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at orders@thirstyshark.co with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photo confirmation
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected items only.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
All orders are delivered to Bell Services or the designated drop-off location at your Disney Resort prior to your arrival.
Once delivery is completed and photo confirmation is provided, the order is considered fulfilled.
ThirstyShark is not responsible for delays, loss, or issues that occur after the order has been accepted by the resort.
Cancellations & Order Changes
• Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests when feasible, but changes are not guaranteed within 24 hours of delivery.
Delivery Fees
All delivery and service fees are non-refundable once the order has been fulfilled.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate promptly and work with you to provide a fair resolution.
No Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
