How does delivery work?
Your order is delivered contactless to your resort’s Bell Services on your selected delivery date. Each order is discreetly labeled with your name and resort details, and photo confirmation is provided once delivery is complete. Guest presence is not required.

When will my order be delivered?
Orders are delivered to your Disney resort’s Bell Services before you arrive. For the best experience, we recommend placing your order 2–7 days before your arrival date so everything is ready when you check in.
Why doesn’t ThirstyShark offer full grocery delivery?
ThirstyShark is purposefully curated, not a traditional grocery service. Our founder brings years of frontline experience across Disney World deluxe and value resorts, where one pattern remains consistent: vacation groceries are often over-purchased and left behind.
For this reason, ThirstyShark offers a refined selection of hydration, snacks, and vacation essentials designed to be enjoyed throughout your stay, without waste or excess.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
No. All orders are delivered directly to Bell Services for secure handling, allowing you to enjoy your day uninterrupted.

Your order will be delivered to Bell Services and labeled with your name and resort information for seamless pickup.
What happens after delivery?
Once delivery is complete, you will receive photo confirmation, ensuring peace of mind and clarity.
Can I place an order before I arrive?
Yes. Orders may be placed in advance, with the option to select your arrival date at checkout. Advance ordering is recommended for the best experience.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is complimentary on orders over $44.99. Orders under $44.99 are subject to a $7.99 delivery fee, clearly displayed before checkout.
What products do you offer?
